Need to restrict the opening of the Invoice attached PDF link under Payables Invoice screen.

Summary:We need to restrict the opening of the Invoice attached PDF link under Payables Invoice screen to different level of users. All the users who has access to payables shouldn't able to open this. Only a group of users should be able to open this.

Secondly users from different BU shouldn't be able open the Invoice Image link from the other BUs.

Would you able to help me how to achieve this.
