Restricted User access to Legal Entity

Summary:

Prevent users from performing transactions for another Legal entity.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We have a requirement to restrict the user access to a specific Legal Entity.

Currently they have a single Procurement BU for all global Legal Entities and Business Units. They would like to restrict all other Business Units access other than BU "A" the employees working on a specific country operations.

They have multiple Legal Entities and sharing a common Global BU for Procurement. We need to prevent users from accidentally or intentionally performing transactions for another Legal entity.

Can we achieve this by Creating custom Roles and adding Legal Entity Data Security Policy, and then assign the Data Access to Legal Entity ?
