Default Minimum and Maximum Salary fields on the basis of values stored on the Grade Step

There is a requirement that the Minimum and Maximum salary fields in the details section of the Job Requisition page should be automatically populated based on the value stored at the grade step level.

A position will have one valid grade and that grade might have several grade steps. We need to pick the minimum value of the grade step in Minimum salary field and maximum value of the grade step of that particular grade in the maximum salary field. Kindly suggest the autocomplete condition that can be written .
