How to fix, notifications appearing in the notification bell but the notification email is not sent?

Hello Gurus,

I have a problem, whenever I am doing any activity on the system, I am receiving a notification in the notification bell, but I am not receiving an email notification on my email.

Does anyone know what might be the problem?
