Redwood Knowledge Workflow Error

Hi All,

Has anyone able to use Redwood Knowledge Workflow successfully ?

I am trying with a simple step to review the knowledge article. I have followed below steps in configuration.

  1. I have added single step to review in Knowledge Workflow.
  2. Used Reference number of step in Data Security policy/role configuration,
  3. Attached role to reviewer.
  4. Author created new Article.

When I click on "Start a Workflow" I am getting below


  1. Error from Article Page

"Couldn't submit article to workflow

Contact your system administrator"
