Hi All,
Has anyone able to use Redwood Knowledge Workflow successfully ?
I am trying with a simple step to review the knowledge article. I have followed below steps in configuration.
- I have added single step to review in Knowledge Workflow.
- Used Reference number of step in Data Security policy/role configuration,
- Attached role to reviewer.
- Author created new Article.
When I click on "Start a Workflow" I am getting below
- Error from Article Page
"Couldn't submit article to workflow
Contact your system administrator"
- Error from Authoring page
