Create Security Report in OTBI with details of roles both past and present with dates and status

I tried submitting this question in the HCM Report Sharing Center that was discussed during yesterdays HCM Customer Connect but was getting an access denied error so posting here instead.

I saw that someone had posted a very similar question back in 2020, but it wasn't resolved so wanted to try posting my similar report request here in case things have changed since 2020.

I have a requirement to build a new report to show everyone who has ever held a security role even after they are terminated. They would like this report to show what security roles a person has currently and has had in the past regardless of whether they still work for the organization currently. Initially, I had started in OTBI but am not having any luck. The fields I am looking for to start are Person Number, Name, Security Role Name, Date Security Role Assigned, Date Security Role Removed & Security Role Status.
