I'm currently looking into ways to enhance the efficiency for our Line Managers when accessing specific document types within the "Document of Records" region on the promote page.
Our aim is to streamline the process, sparing Line Managers the need to manually add and search for a particular document type each time they access this feature. Instead, we're seeking a solution where the desired document type is automatically defaulted when clicking on the "Document of Records" region on the promote page, directing them straight to the relevant document record detail.
