Restrict candidates from blacklisted companies to apply during Job Application Flow?

Summary:

We have a list of over 240+ companies and education institutes for which we want to restrict the candidates to apply from. Is there any provision in Oracle Recruiting Cloud to tackle this?

We have thought about Disqualification questions. However, if we keep it mandatory then all the candidates needs to chose irrespective of their background and if we provide them an option to chose" Others" then many candidates can chose this and we won't get correct information which is actually needed at BGV stage and we want to avoid wasting time on such candidates from the beginning.
