How to run or trigger Opportunity Assignment (RBA) during Opportunity creation

Summary:

Imagine this business scenario, Opportunity will be created from Oracle Service Cloud to OSC. Since the creator/originator (osvc user/oic user) won't have access to OSC to manually click the "Save" button and run the assignment, the requirement is to run or trigger the Opportunity Assignment rules during the opportunity creation or after the creation, whichever is possible.
