Cannot authenticate the user account error message at login

Hello - I have a long time user of our PBCS environment who, within the last few days, is now unable to log in. Nothing has changed with her login credentials, nothing has changed with our sign-in policies/IDCS, tried an Incognito window and watched her go through each SSO step successfully, but she continues to get the 'Cannot authenticate the user account. Contact your system administrator.' error at every turn. I reached out to our IT department who checked the user's sign-in logs on the back-end, and they can see a Success status when she tries to log into PBCS.
