How to get person_id in a element skip fast formula?

Summary:

I'm creating an Element Skip FF, to skip the element from payroll processing based on the business requirements. To check the conditions, I need to pass person_id to my value set query. None of the DBI's for PERSON_ID are of data type 'Number', so I'm not able to use any of the PERSON_ID dbi in the FF.

I'm not able to use context PERSON_ID as well. How can I retreive person_id in a Element Skip FF?
