Not able to Subscribe Any Region
Summary:
Hey, I upgraded my account to PAYG on Tuesday (20.02.24) and was trying to select US Ashburn. However, the team keeps suggesting to contact a sales representative. Upon inquiry about where to contact the sales rep team, support.oracle.com suggested contacting https://successhubjapac.custhelp.com, but there has been no reply. I created a new account there on Thursday (22.02.24). I also tried to chat with a sales agent at https://sc-oal-en.custhelp.com/app/chat/sc_launch_v3, but they mentioned that the Hyderabad team would reply soon. However, there has been no response.
