Hide Recommended for Rehire for Hiring Managers in Candidate Personal Info

Hi team,
Can anyone please advise on how I can hide the fields below for Hiring Managers while keeping them visible to the Recruiter? We want to prevent these fields from being shown to Hiring Managers to avoid bias.
I've tried using Page Composer, Transaction Design Studio, and removing permissions in Hiring Manager role, but without success.
