How can we add dropdown option for text column filters in workforce compensation plans?
The client wants to add some filters in the workforce compensation plan which are not delivered filters. We used some user define text column to get the values from core HR then added them as plan filters. However the text column doesn't have a dropdown option similar to those delivered filters. How can we achieve the client requirement to have dropdown option for text columns as filter?
Thank you.
