Summary:

Is there a way to restrict delegation UP the hierarchy? If a manager delegates to one of his direct reports, employees are able to approve their own ICPs.

We have an Overtime ICP. When the user submits, it goes to his manager for approval. If the manager sets up a vacation rule and delegates to this employee, then the employee gets to approve his own submission. This was raised as a severity 1 audit finding
