Scheduled Process: "Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions"
Summary:
I understand that the "Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions" process moves internal candidates from Manage Job Offers in WFA to their new assignments and performs pending actions set to automatically be executed in recruiting candidate selection process, but is it customary for it to change someone who is on a LOA status to Active?
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
I'm trying to understand what this process actually does. We have an associate who is on LOA. Someone put through an internal promotion for this associate and we are assuming that when this process ran, "Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions" it changed the associates status from LOA to Active. Has anyone else run into this situation? Does this process touch the associates "status"? We have the system set up to automatically move the associate after the Offer has been accepted for Internal moves.
