Hello Experts,

we are building a Calibration Plan to make changes on the Overall Performance Rating given by the Manager during Annual Evaluation.

Basically the manager and/or HRs can go into the Calibration Plan and change the rating, and it will be immediately updated on the Performance Document.

Is there a way to keep the "original" value of the rating always visible in the Calibration Plan even after it has been changed (i.e. storing it in a separate column in the plan), in a way that the calibration plan shows what was the original value of the rating even after several changes? What's the best way to achieve this?
