Hi,

Our integrations between CRM system (Siebel) and Eloqua is currently using SFTP method for bulk data transfers between bot the systems.

We would like to understand the recommendations / suggestions on the integration methods for bulk data transfer between SFTP and Bulk APIs methods. Please share Oracle preferences in this regard.

Between SFTP and Bulk APIs, which is best suited in terms of future proofing, stable during patching / upgrades etc.

Can you please share any help centre link on this topic
