In Compensation Annual increment plan some employees gets 2.499% instead of 2.5% is it sys glitch ?

Summary:

In Compensation Annual increment plan the employees gets increment % based on the performance rating of employees for ex: 3 rating is 2 % increment but for our 4 rating which needs 2.5% increment we get 2.499% in worksheet for some employees how to round off or is it system bug for some employees. Attached below is the screenshot of same showing difference in % increment for employees with same ratings.
