Area of Responsibility for Recruitment

I would like to confirm the behavior of the Recruitment Area of Responsibility configuration for an employee.

We have included the Recruitment Area of Responsibility for some employees so that when clicking on the Recruiter field (on the job creation page), a list of suggested recruiters appears. In the example we created, employee Renata Duran (manager who is opening the vacancy) should see this list of suggested recruiters, just the two employees below, as shown in Renata's Public Information menu in the "Representatives" section:
However, when Renata Duran creates a vacancy request, a list of employees who have a Recruitment Area of Responsibility appears and not just Thaynara and Jaqueline, as expected:
