Seniority Date RESTAPI Error
Summary:
We are implementing Global HR for a client and they don't need seniority dates as there's no business case for global or local transfers and the statutory absence service date and enterprise hire dates will be what is used for absence entitlement.
So we have not configured anything with seniority dates, but we are getting an error appear on Employment Info and other screens in Redwood that the 'Seniority Dates REST API could not be initiated'. My question is, even if we don't plan on ever using seniority dates, do we still need to configure some basic seniority dates and have the two processes run (calculate and populate seniority dates)?
