PDF statement not available for at least a minute after employee acknowledges - slow performance

Summary:

After acknowledging a compensation statement, the employee is bounced back to the Compensation Screen and cannot open the change statement. Employee must back out, wait at least a minute (last clocked at 1 minute, 8 seconds) before hitting the dropdown for Compensation Change Statements to be able to open.
