Added payment method and got charged but still cannot see it in the console

Hi there,

I have just added a payment method to upgrade my OCI account/tenancy.

However after I submitted my credit card info, there was an error message like "cannot connect to Oracle shop".

But I did receive an SMS alert from my bank that the $100USD indeed were charged to my credit card.

The thing is that I still do not see my payment method being added neither received a e-mail confirmation about the upgrade.

So how come that you charged me $100USD but my OCI account/tenancy is still a Free Tier one.

Any help??
