Not able to see Team pulse scores, Pulse score comparison in touchpoint summary dashboard as LM

Summary:

Hi,

We are not able to see Team Pulse score, pulse score comparison in touchpoints summary dashboard as line manager.

Employees have completed the survey's from their side.

From configuration POV, 1) we have configurated the nudge plan and nudges. 2) Touchpoint questionnaire configuration. 3) Checklist/journey creation. 4) Checklist allocation 5) Running the scheduled processes.

If you someone can share inputs how to fix the issue?
