Editing the amount on a requisition that's been approved (Responsive SSP)

There's a difference in system behavior when the requester tries to edit a Requisition where the PO has been created:

In the OLD UI, requester has two options- "Edit " only and "Edit Order" whereas in the New UI it is just "Edit" option which initiates the change order creation directly

In the Old UI, Requester is able to change both quantity and amount on the initiated change order, whereas in the new UI it is only Quantity.

Will the requestor be able to change the amount as well as the quantity in a future release?
