Can an admin see the CPE type and value entered by the learners from Learning Console pages?

Learning Admin is not able to view the CPE type and unit entered by the learners from the Learning Admin Console pages.

In 20C upgrade, Oracle added the below fields in the Record External Learning and Request Non-catalogue Learning pages -

1. Continuing Professional Education Type

2. Continuing Professional Education Units fields 

We can add the values using the "ORA_WLF_CPE_TYPE' lookup but there is no way to track the values entered by the learners. We do not want to build a custom report just to get these fields' values.

Can an admin see the CPE type and value entered by the learners in the Record External Learning or Request Non-catalog Learning from Learning Assignment or any other Learning Console page?
