Agency hiring empty

Hello !
I have an issue about Agency hiring.
On dev environment, I create agency and agent.
Agent has the seeded role agency.
But when the agent goes to Agency hiring, this is empty. Normally I should see, Talent, Invitations, referrals and Job applications.
The structure is already checked and there is any EL expression, page composer is already checked too.
My admin with lots of role can see theses 4 sections but not my agent with only the seeded role agency.
I run scheduled process import user and LDAP retrieve.
Do you have an idea about my issue ?
