Incorporate Back job within specific range of usage to be charged on technician not customer
We have a specific business requirement in Oracle Fusion related to a process we refer to as "Back Job." This process is designed to address scenarios where a customer comes at depot to redo the previously done job before using specific miles range after the first job. In such cases, if the same job needs to be redone within that specified distance, we have a policy to charge the technician responsible for the original job, rather than the customer.
The purpose of this policy is to provide a guarantee to the customer that if they encounter the same issue within the specified distance, we will redo the job for free for the customer. By charging the technician for the mistake, we aim to incentivize careful work and ensure that the customer is not inconvenienced or charged for a recurring problem.
