Education and Experience not defaulting from candidate profile to job application

Summary:

Candidate has Experience and Degrees populated in the profile (Candidate profile was created manually using 'Add candidate').

When we add this candidate to a job requisition and selecte 'Create job application on beahlf of candidate', we notice that the education and experience information does not carry forward to the job application.

However, if the candidate applies to a job from career site, we see that these two blocks are populated, even though the job application flow does not include Education and experience blocks.

I'm wondering why education and experience does not populate on job application when we manually create a candidate job application

Howdy, Stranger!
