Am on a new RightNow implementation project that involves chat alone, so customers can chat with agents.

As a result there is no need to give customers access to the full customer portal ,

so Assuming the customer portal is

can I just give the customers this link instead

or do I create a new widget for this.

then will need to customize the chat page

I just want the customers having just the image part not the full cp
