Is there a way to edit Requisition in RSSP which was being created in SSP?

Summary:

There are incomplete requisitions in Classic SSP, is there any way to complete those reqs in RSSP? I can see those reqs in Draft stage in RSSP. When I click on edit, I can see the error

You can manage this requisition only in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Self Service Procurement application.
