Requisition Approval Notification Shows a Different Req Title and Job Name

Hi everyone,

I have recently come across a situation where a manager who is having a req approval showing some confusing data. The req is showing for the Requisition Title: Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist but in the Job Offer section in the Job Name it shows: Senior Fund Operations Onboarding Specialist. The correct title is the Senior Customer Onboarding Specialist. How do I change the Job Name? Going through the req creation process the offer area shows the correct title. Please see the screenshots below
