Can job descriptions be updated for both open job requisitions (posted, unposted) using HDL?

Summary:

I'm investigating the option of using HDL to update job posting descriptions for requisitions in a posted or unposted status. When attempting to update the descriptions using the job requisition dat file along with including a CLOB file, I encountered the following error message during the data import process:

"You need to enter a valid value for the SubmissionsProcessTemplateId field."

After reviewing the data in my file, everything seems to be correct."
