Error Adding Item to Cart - Error POR-2010892

In Responsive Self-Service Procurement, whenever we try to add an item to the cart, we receive the error message below (also see screen shot):

LineNumber 1: The value 300000002177191 of the attribute DestinationOrganizationId is invalid or doesn't exist. (POR-2010892)
