The W-2C Employee Report generates a blank output when utilizing the customized template

Hello Experts,

We have customized the W-2C Employee Report Template due to encountering an issue where the output file is blank after running the Run W-2C Employee Report. Despite the customization of the template, the output file remains blank.

Upon testing the customized template with the generated XML file through BI Publisher, it successfully generates an output. It appears that the system is still utilizing the seeded template rather than the customized one. Below are the codes before and after customization:


Seeded: <?for-each:US_EOY_PAYROLL_REL_BLK[EMPLOYEE_STATUS_REC/ZERO_NEGATIVE_FLAG=0]?>

Customized: <?for-each:US_EOY_PAYROLL_REL_BLK[EMPLOYEE_STATUS_REC/PRINT_PREFERENCE=”Y”]?>
