Active and Inactive Users report

Hi Team,

We are looking for and Oracle seeded report where the report contains the list of users who are currently active into the system and and inactive into the system.Please refer below for meaning of Active and Inactive Users:

Active - Users with Active flag enabled on Security Console.

In-Active- Users with Active flag disabled on Security Console.

Please let us know whether do we have any such Oracle seeded report?
