Hi Experts,

we have a requirement in the Performance Calibration Worksheet that when the overall distribution percentage not within the defined limits.

Ex: Rating 1 can be given 1% to 3% of his/her direct reports population

Rating 2 can be given from 10% to 12% and so on.

If rating 1 ha been given more than 3%, for his / her population then work sheet manager should not be able to save or submit the worksheet.

Hope I am not confusing the use case. Kindly share your expert inputs to achieve the same.
