Setting Up Estimate Approval from Customers in Oracle Fusion

the scenario is, the bus arrives at the depot, and ask for a repair, now we need to provide an estimate of the repair and once approve we will create the corresponding work order, do the RMA (as required for depot process) and then it will move towards maintenance cloud.

Can we have any functionality to do an estimate or any work around to achieve it?
