Pending Worker record deletion on conversion to employee

Can we have PW record automatically removed while the person is converted to employee

Hi Experts,

While Pending Workers are converted into full time Employees, can we have the PW removed automatically? What is the setup required for this? In person management if we search only the employee record should appear after conversion.

Any solution on this would be appreciated.
