Create Approval Rule when Task Manager and Preparer are the same

Hi Everyone,

I'm trying to create an approval rule that Sends the approval workflow to the Project Task Manager's Manager when the Preparer is the same as the Task Manager.

I tried a few different options to create the rule, but none of them work. The system just cannot find the approval rule.

Does anyone have a suggestion I can use to create this rule? Below are some screenshots with what I've already tried.
