Hi Experts,

May I know if we will be able to add new column into the Summary section of the Workforce Compensation Plan (performance Calibration) summary table that should reflect in the graph accordingly. I observed that this is the static table within the application and we can not add new column.

So alternatively, may I know if anyone had the report that shows Performance rating, No of employees as per the maximum distribution% target for each rating and actual number of employees in each rating, and variance.
