How to set Monetary Format ( Comma separated Values) & Budget in Lakhs/ Crores instead of Millions?

Summary:

Monetary numbers should be in local currency comma separated format. By default oracle hcm follow global format of comma separating numeric digits, example: 200,000.00. Client's ask is they want it to be shown in worker local currency format. For INDIA it should be 2,00,000.00 and similarly Budget summary should also be in Lakhs and crores instead of Millions. Please assist.
