How To Return a Dispute Credit Memos Lines via API?

Using the SOAP CreditMemoService then using the findCreditMemo operation a dispute credit memo's details are returned, however the lines are not.

I'm aware that dispute credit memos aren't returned using the receivablesCreditMemos, so we have to use the SOAP API instead. I need to know how to return a dispute credit memos lines via API, if this is possible?
