What are the reasons for APPLICANTs to move to ''Inactive Job Application'' section

From the applicant view (under Me - Current Jobs - Job Applications),
Applicants see some job requisitions are under ''Inactive Job Applications'' section (see the screenshot above). For this to happen, there are various reasons. I could not find in Oracle guidelines the entire reasons, and would like to seek your help to get the entire picture.

For a job requisition to move from Active Job Applications to Inactive Job Applications, the following are the scenarios that I am aware:
- if job requisition is cancelled or suspended ==> Applicant would see the job requisition moved to ''Inactive Job Applications''
