Send Dunning letters for Aged dunning error.

Description (Required):

When we run Send Dunning letters, the process ends in error and says no valid transactions available even though the customer has delinquent transactions, it also throws the following error message

Error in Insert Staged Dunning for Party Id :100001902763997,Account Id :300000165321736,Site Use Id: BU Id: 300000110287176, Error Is : ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: NULL index table key value.

We are using Aged dunning, not sure why it is giving us an error for Staged dunning?
