24A - BPM Invoice Approval opening in detail edit mode instead of a summary display

Problem Description

Since 24A was installed last week, managers trying to approve invoices from email notifications are seeing a different invoice display within BPM. Instead of the BPM links opening the invoice in a summarized view, the system is opening the invoice in detail and edit mode.

Was there a flag or configuration change that is causing this to happen in 24A? or a possible Opt-in option that activated?

What is causing this and how do we get the old view to display ? See screen shot examples prior to 24A and after 24A installed
