UK Statutory Absence Incorrect Notice Seeded Certificate - How does it work ?

edited Mar 12, 2024 10:44AM in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI) 4 comments

In all the Oracle Absence Documentation for UK statutory Absence you all told to add some seeded certificates to the Absence Type. One is 'Incorrect Notice' . You can display a Notification Date , via the Display Features, Supplemental Absence Details.

But the seeded Validation and Entitlement formulas don't reference this Certificate , how does this get validated?

UK legislations states you must give 15 weeks notice prior to book Paternity Leave , using this certificate to stop any SPP , how do you configure it to do this ?

We would like to prevent payment of SPP is someone enter a notification date which is not greater than 15 weeks form the start of the Absence.

Howdy, Stranger!
