Ability to add DFF on smart form for PO comms email listed on supplier site purchasing tab?

Summary: Is there ability to add DFF on smart form for req creation which pulls PO comms email listed on supplier site purchasing tab ? Or if that isn't possible to add a DFF on line level for req to pull back the PO communication email ID listed on the supplier site > Purchasing tab if an email is filled in? We know that the smart form pulls in the contacts listed on supplier profile but right now we are exploring other options as we don't use supplier profile contacts field for purchasing - want to drill down to each
