Add Additional Search Fields for 'Requester' on AP Invoice Header

Summary:

Is there any ability, via page composer or other tools, to add searching fields to the invoice header requester search? In the below screenshot, client is looking to sort on Job or Position like 'Location Manager' so clerks do not have to know exact employee name.
